Story in English and Tamil

An old owl would observe incidents happening around its oak tree every day. The more things it saw, the less it would speak. It heard people talking and sharing stories as well. The old owl had seen so much and heard all kinds of stories. All of these experiences helped the owl to become wiser day by day.

One day, a young rabbit came to the owl in a hurry and said "Please help me, A fox is chasing me every day."

The owl said, "Run towards the narrow path near the rocks when the fox chases you."

The next morning, the fox began chasing the rabbit again. The rabbit ran towards the narrow path and escaped. The fox was unable to pass through that narrow path and went away disappointed.

The rabbit thanked the wise old owl and from that day onwards, all the animals trusted the wise old owl even more.
