| Hi, I am Pelky. Your teacher has asked me to talk to you about doing voluntary work in Africa. I worked in South America few years ago and then in Africa last year for six months. It was amazing. There are lots of jobs for volunteers in Africa. I chose to work with animals. And I have to look after young elephants that have no parents. A lot of people do voluntary work in other countries which you must think about it carefully. It’s not a easy work. You have to work long hours. And sometimes things are very different from your own country. For example, the weather is sometimes quite extreme. They can be very hot or very cold.
